THE ELONGATED PATTERNED BRICKS ARE ESPECIALLY FOR THE WALKING STICKS OF THE BLIND

The section for blind pedestrains should be located between the other parts of a walkway.	This section is put so that a blind pedestrian may fall into a pipe hole of a central heating system. And it is located at the most dangerious part of the walkway.
