  • Website for the International Civil Society Forum-2003; budget $4,965; sponsored by UNDP office in Mongolia; date of start: January 2003; Proposed date of completion of the project: October 2003., Co-operation: National Core group for the ICSF-2003, International Core group for the ICSF-2003, UNDP.
  • Journalism Training "Reporting the Court"; budget: $4,000; implemented during April- June, 2003. Sponsored by: PACT Public Awareness activity, USA; Participants: 30 journalists from 28 media organizations including 18 rural journalists; Co-operation: Mongolia Judicial Reform Program, PACT representative, Songino-hairhan district Court, Knight International Fellow in Mongolia, Supreme Court of Mongolia, USAID training center.
  • Informational Leaflets "Read Your Rights"; budget $1,500; implemented during April-June, 2003; sponsored by PACT, USA; Publication: 1200 copies of 17 leaflets on citizens' rights stated in the Mongolian Criminal Procedural Law; Co-operation: Mongolia Judicial Reform Program, PACT representative.
  • Human Rights Training "Rural Human Rights Activist"; budget $2,260; implemented during December 2002-January 2003; sponsored by: UNHRHC, Geneva; Participants: 20 non-lawyer rural activists from 13 provinces;
  • Journalism training "Self Advocacy of a Free press"; budget $15,385; implemented during June-November 2002; sponsored by: Mongolian Foundation for Open Society, Ulaanbaatar. Key Trainer: Joseph Antony McGowan; Particpants: 320 journalist from 14 media organizations.
