Around 10 young men (without police uniform and order on arrest) used force against Mr.Gundalai Lamjav, MP to arrest him.

Two young men said while pulling Gundalai (center , in a white shirt) "Enough Interviews now!". Gundalai tries to stay at the airport and continue his interview.


Gundalai Lamjav in unfriendly "hug" of a young man who denied to show his ID and permission to touch Mr. MP. The bodyguard-driver of Gundalai Mr.Tserennadmid (right side) is asking those young men not to touch MP's body.

Some 5-6 young men pulled and pushed Gundalai in the Democratic Central Office indoor hall as soon as he came from airport by 2.15p.m.

Gundalai was not allowed even to ask who were those young men atacking on him. Nobody showed him their IDs.

Gundalai kept saying "what is happening?, why you are attacking on me?"

Young men were coming and adding their number in few minutes.

Democratic Central Office reception hall sees brutal arrest whose victim was Mr. Gundalai, the Vice Chairman of the Democratic Party of Mongolia, 2.15p.m.

Gundalai was pushed onto ground several times. Brochures about democracy and human rights, his words prepared for the Asian Democracy Conference to be held in two days were thrown the ground.

Men pushed Gundalai to the door. Then someone's arm pulled him at his neck from his behind so that Gundalai could speak no word. All witnessing journalists (they were around 20) and democratic party officers shouted "No!".


During the live radion discussion on FM105.5, TV viewers adn radio listeners compared the force used against Gundalai with predators hunting on a pray.
