The police department has recently informed that it initiated a case against well known publicist Baabar on the basis of claim made by Ts.Nyamdorj, minister of Justice and internal Affairs. We informed earlier the police compelled him even to visit the police department for questioning when the deadline for it almost expired without any previous notification on the case given to him.

Ts.Nyamdorj, minister requested to initiate and investigate a criminal case against Baabar accusing him of slandering the minister as a foreign spy, organizing the case occurred at Centerpoint and unlawful arrest and forceful bringing of D.Enknbat from France. As the minister requested the criminal case was initiated as a consequence Baabar was bannad to go out of the city.

However the city prosecutor's office has found the criminal case initiated against Baabar as being groundless and having to proof of evidence and denounced the case.
