The Case Registration office at the Police Office investigated the famous publicist, Baabar, libeling a good name of Ts. Nyamdorj, the Minister of the Justice and Internal Affairs and transferred him to the Prosecutor.
A case accused on March 1, 2004 spread a sensation among the people and 24 days later the "case owner" was announced officially. Since that the case had been transferred into the Prosecutor in such a very short time. Usually, a case registration term should be 30 days and Mr. Baabar made a statement that "The experiense to purge people announcing in a close duration is repeated".
Considering that Mr. Baabar took his first testimony on March 26, 2004, it is possible to consider that the case registration had been finished basically in (disregarding the weekend it means that the registration had taken only 2 days) four days.
Perhaps, this registration term would be considered the best success to register a case. In accordance to the laws, a case should be investigated in 2 weeks. Also, there is going a hypothesis that Mr. Baabar's case might be transferred which might be investigated in a short duration or in 2 weeks,
